Verify FINBASE results: sources and tracking

Trust is built by comparing verifiable evidence. This page explains where to look, what a source can establish and what it cannot prove. An animation, logo, average or testimonial is not a substitute for the relevant account statement.

1. Identify the strategy and period

Open the FINBASE page, note the strategy, broker, period and update date, then check the relevant PAMM and statements available in your broker account. Compare matching periods and accounts. A registration link or logo is not, by itself, evidence of performance.

2. Check the connection and freshness

No; inclusion in the catalogue does not establish this. Automatic tracking applies to enabled, connected strategies. “Connecting” or “Coming soon” does not mean an active connection. Check the last synchronisation and last closed trade: old data does not become recent simply because it remains displayed.

3. Check the account with the broker

Use the official access links on the strategy page to locate the relevant PAMM. History visibility may depend on login and broker permissions. Your account area may provide transactions and participation statements. The broker is a source separate from FINBASE, not an auditor of the entire platform. Do not compare different PAMM accounts as though they were the same account.

4. Check the scope of the track record

Not necessarily. A strategy may have history predating its current connection. The total period shown does not demonstrate continuous execution at every broker. Ask for the source account, period, account type and applicable conditions before comparing. Charts do not replace this information.

5. Read closed trades and losing periods

Review recent closed trades, monthly results, the period covered and drawdown. The website shows at most the latest 50 detailed trades, not the full account ledger. Historical drawdown is a past observation, not a contractual loss limit. Do not exclude unfavourable months from your comparison.

6. Examine available external tracking

It provides access to third-party tracking of the specified account when public. Check Myfxbook’s verification indicators, date, account type and period. It does not guarantee future profitability, identify every other strategy or certify FINBASE as a whole.

7. Verify your own participation

Participation time, deposits and withdrawals, currency, fees, allocation, execution conditions and the comparison period can produce differences. A strategy’s performance is not automatically your exact account return. If figures differ, contact support with the period and broker, without sending a password.

Explore gradually, without a profit guarantee

FINBASE PAMM journeys show an entry threshold from €100. Check the minimum and currency in the broker’s offer: conversion or fees may apply. Starting with a limited amount can help you understand the service but does not make it risk-free. Do not use money needed for essential expenses.
